Since 1977, I have skied, snowshoed, cycled, hiked, canoed, rafted, fished, cooked, acted, run, volunteered, and walked in Oregon.

I have traveled, worked, and studied extensively, always returning to Oregon. A longtime educator, I ran a small foundation, led and advised schools and non-profits,  and taught students of all ages and levels. A trusted consultant for schools and families, I have been a member of non-profit boards throughout my adult life. A Rotarian for twenty years, I served as President of the Rotary eClub of the Willamette Valley for 2021-2022, of which I have been an active member since 2017. I also am a corporate member of the Rotary e-club of Southern Scotland. I contribute actively to the Rotary International Foundation and RI 's Polio Plus program, which is working to eradicate polio worldwide.

I currently serve on the Advisory Board of Theatre 33. Theatre 33 promotes Northwest playwrights, develops and teaches a fantastic online summer program for student writers, and develops actors, and produces premiers of new plays. I donate to the Hoffman Center for the Arts in Manzanita and sponsor Salem Art Fair and Festival as well as Salem Movies in the Park.

Education, the arts, environmental improvement, and historical preservation are important to me, and I volunteer for activities and events that help individuals through difficult times and transitions. I have volunteered for service projects in various communities where I have resided: in Oregon, New England, the Southeast, and Southwest. I contribute to Theatre 33, Habitat for Humanity, Oregon Historical Society, the Elsinore Theatre, High Desert Museum, Portland Art Museum, Japanese Garden, Helping Hands, Marion County Humane Society, Friends of Felines, Friends of the Library, Santiam Canyon Scholarship Fund, Santiam Canyon Fire Relief Fund, Tillamook Bee Club.

Extensive experience in buying, building, remodeling historic properties, selling properties for clients, supporting clients in relocating, and working with architects, designers, and contractors to retrofit commercial buildings brings depth and breadth to my work supporting clients. I have purchased and sold numerous properties and have managed several relocations across the U.S. I am experienced in hiring cleaning crews, stagers, photographers, movers, and in planning successful events that will best showcase your property. My other clients can tell you that my attention to detail keeps the process smooth and orderly.

My commitment is to protect the interests of my clients. I represent only buyers or sellers in a transaction, never both in the same transaction without the express request of both parties, and then accepting a fee from only one side of the transaction, in order to avoid a conflict of interest.
